1.How paying works#
The ticket shows the exact amount and currency. Hand it to the driver or the operator’s staff at boarding; they mark you boarded and paid on their passenger list, which works even without a signal.
2.Receipts#
The operator is the seller and issues any receipt or fiscal invoice. Ask for it at boarding.
3.No money through Kwiker#
Kwiker does not collect, hold or transfer money between travellers and operators, and charges travellers nothing.
Never pay a Kwiker booking in advance, by card or by transfer. Anyone asking you to is not us — report it to info@kwiker.app.
4.Cancellations and refunds#
Because nothing is paid before boarding, a cancellation — by you or by the operator — never needs a refund. A seat you cancel goes back on sale.
5.If a trip is cut short or not as described#
Settle it with the operator — they took the payment and they run the trip. Tell us too: we can pass messages, look at the booking record, and act on an operator who breaks our rules.
6.Unpaid no-shows#
A no-show owes nothing, but three unpaid no-shows pause booking on the account. To book again, message the operator of one of those trips (Bookings → Past) and settle with them.
7.For operators#
[Commercial terms between Kwiker and operators — any commission, invoicing and settlement dates — are agreed separately and will be published here.]
